Santa Clara Mock Trial is an undergraduate mock trial team. We are an award winning program registered with The American Mock Trial Association (AMTA). Each year we receive a case from AMTA and create a case theory for both the prosecution/plaintiff and defense. Through out the year we develop our critical thinking, creativity, and public speaking skills by holding practices going to tournaments.
