Scyntek has developed an innovative at-home deep vein thrombosis (DVT) detection system that leverages advanced photoplethysmography (PPG) sensing technology to monitor venous blood flow noninvasively and identify clots early. Scyntek’s technology addresses critical gaps in current diagnostic methods, such as reliance on costly Doppler ultrasounds or indirect D-dimer tests. Our design prioritizes accessibility, user comfort, and early detection, reducing the need for frequent hospital visits while empowering patients and providers with actionable insights. By bringing advanced DVT detection directly to patients, Scyntek is reshaping preventative care and improving outcomes in high-risk populations, such as post-surgical patients, frequent travelers, and the elderly.
