SCYO was founded in 2003 as a youth-run, youth-focused wind orchestra. Our community is united by our common passion for music, with members as young as 11 years old. Our organization is committed to providing a learning environment in which musical skills are fostered and solidarity is developed through the promotion of friendships regardless of race, gender, and religion.
