We are a Western Australia based property management company (currently seeking NDIS registration) that will specialise in providing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) to NDIS participants. SDA Management Services WA are working in conjunction with SOL Construction to provide a range of high quality, compliant SDA housing options specifically for NDIS participants with very high support needs. Our services will help empower you or your loved one. We’re all about providing choices, so you can have control and the flexibility to choose where you would like to live, while maintaining your independence in a supported environment. SDA Management Services WA understands there is a real need in our community for NDIS participants when it comes to accessing appropriate accommodation and housing requirements. Currently many of the options available in Western Australia consist of shared accommodation. However, we want to be part of the solution and provide accessible housing to enable you to live your life the way you choose. We want our houses to be your home, where you can live independently with an onsite carer. We want you to live in your own home where you feel safe, supported, and included, and where your needs can be met.
