SDAI Limited was listed on the Catalist board of the SGX-ST on 22 July 2011. On 26 June 2023, the Company announced changes to the board composition, resulting in the constitution of a new board of directors for the Company (“Board”). The new Board has resolved most of the outstanding legacy issues, including settling long overdue liabilities, complying with regulatory reporting requirements, and strengthening the internal controls so as to elevate the Company to be in the position of pursuing new businesses. The Company has been accelerating its progress in completing Phase 2 of the special audit conducted by Deloitte in compliance with statutory requirements.
