Mit dem Strategiedialog „Bezahlbares Wohnen und innovatives Bauen“ (SDB) geht die Landesregierung die großen Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Planen, Bauen und Wohnen an. Ziel dieses Strategiedialogs ist es, die Voraussetzungen für mehr bezahlbaren Wohnraum in Baden-Württemberg zu schaffen oder neu zu erschließen, das Bauen klimagerechter zu machen, die Digitalisierung und die Transformation der Bauindustrie voranzutreiben. Agile Arbeitsgruppen sind das zentrale Instrument des Strategiedialogs zur Erreichung dieser Ziele. In ihnen werden unter Beteiligung aller relevanten Akteursgruppen konkrete Aufgabenstellungen erarbeitet.
