The main activities of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Settlement and Depository Company" is the clearing activities on the exchange commodity market of Russian Federation depositary activities on the Russian stock market and of the Russian Federation. Since 2008 RDK (ZAO) is an authorized clearing organization for the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (JSC SPIMEX) and is currently carrying out clearing of the obligations of the exchange contracts concluded in all sections of JSC SPIMEX. Currently RDK (ZAO) clears the obligations of the contracts concluded in the following sections: Oil, Petroleum products, Agricultural products and biological resources, Natural gas, Forest and construction supplies at SPIMEX. RDK (ZAO) provides clearing services for contracts cocluded in the Derivatives market section of SPIMEX, while carrying out the functions of a Central counterparty (CCP), as well as for contracts in pre-delivery period, concluded pursuant to the obligations of deliverable futures contracts. Professional activities of SDCO (JSC) on the securities market include: * Providing services as a settlement depository in spot market securities exchange; * Providing services as a settlement depository in the futures market, stock exchange "Russian Trading System (FORTS) in cooperation with the Clearing organization, clears the transactions; * Providing services as custodian depository-based integrated services for individuals and legal entities; * Providing additional services related depositary activities.
