A small company dedicated to teaching youngsters what would a great and correct work environment mean: Working alongside your team, understanding that team members and the teams themselves are interdependent, that work should be fun, likable, that banter and friendship is key as it provides relaxed and nice channels of communication, that criticism is not anger but a helping hand. We also understand that people can have bad days, sometimes act like ogres and instead of dissing, avoiding or passing judgement we teach our people to ask, to try and get involved with facts and actions rather then hopes and prayers.
