Swanson Development Group (SDG) is real estate investment firm that focuses solely on free-standing single tenant net lease properties. SDG looks to acquire properties from $750,000 to $10,000,000 - all properties being free standing and leased to investment grade tenants (BBB- or better). The team has developed strong local, national, and international relationships with retailers and landowners/speculators in order to provide clients with the best strategy to maximize real estate investments. Swanson Development Group was founded in 2006 by Managing Partner, Steven M. Swanson II. Prior to launching Swanson Development Group Mr. Swanson was a Vice President at SRS Real Estate Partners (formerly the Staubach Company), where he specialized in retail tenant representation.
