The SDIPLA has two primary aims: (1) connect local IP practitioners with each other, and (2) provide topical, meaningful continuing legal education. We do this by having monthly dinner meetings comprising a social hour and dinner, and we invite top-quality speakers to discuss cutting-edge IP topics. Indeed, the SDIPLA has a long tradition of providing valuable continuing legal education to our members by securing top-quality, nationally recognized speakers to address the most current IP issues.
Thanks to the dedication and leadership of past Board members, the SDIPLA has grown to be among the largest, most well-known intellectual property bar organizations in the country.
