Shunde Historical and Cultural Conservation Association

Foshan Shunde Historical and Cultural Conservation Association is a professional, public welfare, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by people who love local history and culture in Shunde. The association upholds the purpose of "inheriting history and preserving the local community" and advocates the compatibility of urban development and historical and cultural preservation. We hope that through our strength, we can take action to preserve history and culture. The Association also hopes to involve more interested people in the conservation of Shunde's history and culture through publicity and education in various aspects. We hope to respect more the local history and culture, discover the historical value and cultural significance of the place, and gradually promote the establishment of a local cultural system with history, heritage and development. The main members of the association graduated from or studied in famous universities at home and abroad, and their disciplines are concentrated in humanities and social disciplines, and they invite famous scholars from provinces and cities to serve as academic advisors. The Association undertakes various cultural conservation services and other work commissioned and purchased by the government and provides professional consultation and advice on history and culture for the government and other relevant departments.
