I specialise in White Collar roles, Primarily to Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor including Mechanical and Electrical. I work to find suitable individuals with a good skill set and stable career history. I work with them to target specific companies they have an interest in or that would be a step in the right direction for them. I'm looking to work with them based on their preferences, trying to avoid "shoe horning" them in to a role. This means I need more than just basic information. I know that sounds like everyone's aim, but in my experience it doesn't happen often enough.
