Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Urbano da Beira - SDUBeira

SDUbeira is a private limited company (sociedade anonima), currently 100% owned by the Municipality of Beira. SDUBeira has full support from Netherlands, through Netherlands Enterprise agency (RVO) Its main objective is the promotion of urban development of Beira, by intervening on the markets for land development, housing (i.e. social housing), commercial and industrial real estate. Other areas such as improving INFRASTRUCTURES for a better urban mobility in the city and its surroundings can also be considered. SDU Beira SA was formally incorporated by end 2018 and is now fully established. The society can enter into commercial and business agreements with any public or private entity both nationally or internationally and can create subsidiaries or participate in shareholding of other business within its related areas. Currently has 2 major projects in Pipeline, namely : Munhava Industrial & Logistics Park Maraza Residential Area
