Our story began in 2011 at the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. The S+E Team has worked for industry leading firms in EPC Construction, Supply Chain Consulting, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods/Discrete Manufacturing, and Energy Infrastructure Delivery. We help clients buy/build new operating facilities, significantly expand their current space(s), and make strategic CAPEX investments. We add value through the pre-development, development and construction management process by keeping clients on time and on budget. 2. Operational Assessment and Operational Improvement: Target clients are manufacturing and general production firms that are committed to continuous improvement. We help clients through operations management & supply chain consulting. We conduct firm and plant level Capabilities Assessments and believe in the Factory Physics approach. We add value by helping client “see” production as a system, and by putting practical tools in place at the management level.
