Sea Side si impegna a sviluppare una rete di pescatori, istituzioni educative e autorità locali volte a ridurre l'inquinamento del mare, in particolare del Golfo di Trieste. Attraverso attività di raccolta dei rifiuti e di collezione e analisi di dati riguardanti il livello di inquinamento, Sea Side mira a ripulire l'ambiente marino e a prevenire un improprio smaltimento dei rifiuti. Inoltre, con l'aiuto del partner Mare Nordest, si dedica a educare le nuove generazioni e a sensibilizzare la popolazione ad adottare stili di vita sostenibili.
Sea Side works at developing a network of fishermen, educational institutions and local authorities that are willing to take action to reduce sea pollution, especially in the Gulf of Trieste. Through the gathering of sea waste and the collection and analysis of data about the degree of pollution, Sea Side aims at cleaning the marine environment and plans to prevent an inadequate waste disposal. Finally, with the assistance of the partner 'Mare Nordest', it engages in educating young generations and raising awareness of the local population about a sustainable behaviour.
