Seabed Separation AS was established in 2013 to commercialise the separation inventions made by Dr. Otto Skovholt, and the development shifted gear after Proventure Seed II and co-investors came onboard medio 2015.
We are a technology development company within the field of oil & gas processing. We have developed, and are in the process of commercialising our ground breaking technology solution – The Dual Pipe Separator (DPS). We are Re-inventing the separation technology segment in the oil & gas industry by introducing our Dual Pipe Separator (DPS).
We truly believe that our technology will be the core to many future subsea development projects and we aim to work together with a limited selection of well qualified integrator (EPCI) companies to build production water management systems, with our DPS technology at the core of the system.
Our Value Proposition:
By removing the water close to the source and thus avoid bringing it up to the surface, we enable IOR and accelerated production through two main contributors;
• Increased Oil Recovery (IOR)
– We remove the water at the seabed and thus reduce the back pressure on the
reservoir resulting in improved production
• Accelerated Production
– We remove the water from the subsea infrastructure and thus we enable
faster start-up of new wells and fields that can exploit the new capacity
– Production testing without production losses and with increased allocation
accuracy
