The breakdown of industrial equipment remains an uncertainty that is still faced despite today’s cutting-edge technologies, with Predictive Maintenance being insufficiently proactive with a 10-day average prediction lead time. As the first deep-tech simulation for aging electromechanical equipment over its entire lifespan, SeADvance predicts failures (or defects) over the very long term of 24 to 72 months, allowing companies to avoid industrial equipment failures and thus enhance the availability and safety of industrial assets.
