We are developing diagnostic assays to identify patients who are most likely to respond to targeted cancer therapies. Our first assay for RasGRP1, has been clinically validated as a predictive and prognostic marker for response to anti-EGFR therapy in metastatic colorectal cancer.
We are currently exploring other indications where inhibition of the EGFR pathway is a central therapeutic modality, and uncovering more about the role of RasGRP1 in regulation of this key signaling pathway.
