Owner of a masonry restoration company since 1997 involved in the cleaning, waterproofing, and sealants on all natural surfaces on residential, industrial, and commercial applications. Advised new businesses and corporations on residential and government projects. • Developed application methods to treat delicate natural surfaces. • Visited various nationwide and local chemical-producing companies. • Consulted and made suggestions to local, state, and government agencies involving the products I used. • Proper personal protective practices as well as ergonomically approved devices were used to maintain a safe and productive working atmosphere. Integrated education and knowledge from courses studied during college - OSHA regulations, MSDS, PPE, waste management, and all EPA stated laws of processes implemented. • Promoted products through local, state, and nationwide companies. • Worked on large-scale projects including churches and commercial buildings in accordance with health department and city ordinances.
