Co-authors and illustrators, Neelam River and Pamila Shanti, share a vision to create children's wellbeing resources that deepen our sense of connection to nature and that are rooted in the ancient arts of mindfulness, yoga & qigong. Our creations infuse nature and mindfulness to bring children invaluable tools for their life-long journey of cultivating wellbeing. Our work is designed to help parents and educators integrate simple wellbeing practices that support children in developing their own sense of emotional awareness and wellbeing. Our children's book, Nature Flow shares mindful movement practices from yoga and qigong.
