We continue to ask ourselves a very simple, straightforward question: If we were constructing a building to serve ourselves as clients, what would we want? The things we want were really quite basic, but largely unavailable in the market. We wanted a trade contactor that was completely loyal to its clients, its employees and free of product affiliation.
