Precision Machining, Fabrication & Welding Seamless engineering and Fabrication was formed by Owner John Battle who after spending more than 20 years in the metals manufacturing field saw the need for a company to manage small projects and production runs. Through his knowledge of suppliers and their capabilities John has developed a keen knowledge, he sees the big picture and knows how to manage and work the process to achieve the goals. THE EXPERIENCE John’s diversified career started in 1986 as an apprentice toolmaker toolmaker at Gerard Industries. During his time at Clipsal he progressed to the Toolroom Supervisor. He then went on to work at various industries expandinng his manufacturing industries knowledge. These businesses encompassed: Electrolux in Quality control, Esstek CNC as Procurement and general manager manning a variety of machined products ranging from Defence, Agriculture, mining and Telecommunications. Levette Engineering as production manager controlling the manufacture of Aerospace items for the JSF program, J & H Williams as project manager controlling the manufacture of a Wind Tunnel for Adelaide University, HVAC ducting for the AWD project, Victoria Square, Adelaide Brighton Cement dust reduction projects. Our Services We are a small engineering company, mainly specialising in custom prototype parts and small production runs of fabrications and components. We produce high quality products within extremely short lead-times, at low-cost and we can manage a short run of prototype fabricated, turned or milled components, from a sample, sketch or full blown drawing. We design, machine and fabricate made to order items to suit your exact requirements. We work with a variety of industries and subcontractors in Adelaide and throughout Australia to help provide the most cost effective and quality outcomes for you and your product. PROTOTYPES Through the combination of our expertise, the use of multifunctional machines and the high level of craftsmanship demonstrated by many years of experience, we are able to quickly, flexibly and efficiently manufacture development samples, prototypes, small batches made to a competitive price point. CUSTOM BATCHES Seamless Engineering can supply you with machined or fabricated parts from single prototypes to small volume production from a range of materials including plastics, aluminium, stainless steel and titanium. Using the latest technology, we can provide components machined from solid models finished with heat treatment cosmetic or protective coatings. WELDING We can supply you with fabricated parts from single prototypes to small volume production from a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel and titanium using gas, Mig and Tig welding. FABRICATION Seamless Engineering can supply engineering fabrication for a multitude of industries, in various materials, frame works, pipe work, storage tanks, water filtration modules and more. ACCOUNTABILITY We can provide written quotes, order material, cut material, machine, weld, coat, finish off, assemble, package, freight and provide certification certificates if required.
