Sean J. Tobin, Architect, founded in 2013, is a custom architecture design business based in Raleigh, NC. We are part of Tobin Studio | PLLC in North Carolina. We work with discerning homeowners and business owners who are seeking design or consulting expertise with projects, both renovation and new construction. In 2018, we are engaged in projects in several areas of North Carolina, projects in South Carolina, and consulting in other areas of the southeast. Our consulting services start as small as design sketches to explore project feasibility and go up to full design services, which includes construction documentation and construction observation. We also provide services to our clients as Owner's Representatives, allowing our company to act on their behalf during construction. We contract with other architects, engineers, and developers to provide design or documentation services as well.
