Sean's Place

We provide sessions designed to improve confidence and self esteem whilst reducing social isolation. We support males suffering from symptoms from illness such as stress, anxiety, depression, aquired brain injuries and psychosis. Sean's Place exists from lived experience of losing a loved one to mental illness therefore we work towards the prevention of suicide by provide accessible support in the community. Session include Mental health and wellbeing workshops Art Music lessons Fitness classes Fishing Cookery Woodwork Mindfulness Walking groups Photography We provide therapies such as solution focused hypnotherapy and will shortly be delivering CBT therapy. We also provide families with support through a family support network which provides free mental health awareness training and workshops to those supporting a loved one with mental illness to enable them to feel supported and informed to support their loved one at home. We provide an awareness of support in the community as well as have guest speakers from other organisations inform families of the services they provide.
