Search Fund Solutions (SFS) was created with the express purpose of providing support services to the Search Fund industry. At our core is the belief that “Searchers” have the experience, knowledge and skills to find, acquire and successfully operate a lower middle market organization, but lack the infrastructure needed to quickly and effectively generate and evaluate deal flow. Our Admin Services group provides basic services to your shop with a focus on eliminating non-value added tasks from your daily schedule. Typical services are Personal Assistant , Benefit Management, Accounting and Tax Services. Our Due Diligence Services group provides varying degrees of due diligence support with a focus on enhancing the quality and speed of your due diligence efforts. Typical services are Industry Analysis, Financial Analysis, Quality of Earnings Analysis, 3rd Party Vendor Management, Valuation Support and other ad-hoc requests. Our Debt Advisory Group provides access to a robust network of debt capital providers including senior secured (Community and Regional Banks) and mezzanine lenders. Additionally, we ensure your debt capital package provides the required capital to close your transaction while ensuring flexibility at a reasonable cost. Our Business Development group assists you in creating a strong "go to market" strategy focused on lead generation, qualification and outbound communications. Our focus is on generating the maximum amount of interactions with qualified targets in the shortest amount of time. We leverage our proprietary database of centers of influence, potential targets and prior acquisition targets to enhance your deal flow. Our Intern Management group eliminates the headaches associated with sourcing, interviewing, hiring and managing interns to support your efforts. We provide you with the productive upside while reducing the daily impact to your operations. Interns are available for specific time periods or on a project basis.
