Founded in 2019 by Mike PENG, Seas Capital is a new generation of venture capital focusing on structural innovation opportunities. Driven by data analysis and value-based management, Seas Capital aims to empower its portfolio companies via insights and systematic support. Seas Capital invests in early- and growth-stage startups worldwide, including enterprise service providers that offer standardized products and services, online platforms with a dominant market position and consumer brands with a recurring revenue model. Currently, Seas Capital manages two funds, a renminbi- and a USD-dominated fund with a 11-year period. The limited partners include renowned entrepreneurs across multiple sectors and value investors around the world. At Seas Capital, we invest to empower.
