Secco Bio

We produce raw dehydrated vegetables. We process oversized vegetables, with small defects or simply excess products from small organic farms. We select the vegetables in the field and process them within 24 hours of harvesting. Circular economy and fight against food waste are the basis of the project which involves more than 10 agricultural realities in central Italy. Our vegetables are very versatile special ingredients with high nutritional value, they do not contain added salt, preservatives or flavorings and are very easy to manage and preserve. We are a small artisan company and we like it that way.
