Seco Ventures is a commercial real estate investment firm in Austin founded by the Needham Family — John, Joshua, and Jordan. In its pursuit of unique, high-yielding investments and unmatched customer service, Seco focuses only on a select number of projects at one time. Taking the longview, doing right by their partners, investing in relationships, and executing with integrity are among the many hallmarks of Seco. Inspired by the ideals of family farmers and ranchers who came before them, Seco gets its name from the dry creek bed that runs alongside the family’s multigenerational ranch in Medina County. Their grandfather’s hard work, straight talk and gratitude for working within nature serve as inspiration for the company’s mission and culture.
