Second Chance Foundation seeks to reduce the setbacks to girl child on Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) in Gulu District and City with a specific focus on teenage mothers and pregnant girls. We hope that empowering them to earn a living could economically benefit their entire communities. Women are likely to invest more of their money back into their families and communities when empowered to thrive.
