Second Nature Wellness is a nutrition and wellness consultancy, providing a structured environment for teams, employees, and executive leadership to prioritize their health and take ownership over their wellbeing. We create customized programs that target specific health concerns of the team and provide tangible and applicable methods for making positive changes in the workplace as well as in their private lives. Through education, community meals, workplace yoga, and team interaction, Second Nature Wellness aims to increase productivity in the workplace and expertly manage stress, sleep, and food choices outside of the office. Wellness ought to be accessible and a priority for everyone and what better place to start than in the area we spend 40+ hours of our week.
