Second Stable Horse Sanctuary

Second Stable is a registered charity that provides a lifeline for horses after racing. We operate a large Equestrian Facility in western NSW that provides hope for retired, unwanted or injured horses through our rehabilitation, retraining, rehoming and sanctuary programmes. Each year, thousands of horses are bred for the racing industry but only a few will be kept in the industry. Have you wondered what happens to the others? Ex race horses make wonderful equine therapy horses, pony club horses, police horses, companions and horses for general pleasure riding. We have tax deductible gift status from the ATO.
