Studio Secondary RAW focuses on the circularity of materials by tracing their journey in local and global ecosystems. Their approach combines fieldwork with a hands-on method to explore non-standardized production potential and bridge the crafts-industry gap. By working from the materials' context, the studio improves material quality and relinks it to its origin, increasing its value in different production stages. Studio secondary RAW is consisting out of Rosana Escobar, material researcher and textile designer and Zoa Lu Rosenkranz product- and textile designer.
