SecRep B.V. is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and will serve all public issuance of Asset Backed Securities or Securitisations which must, by law, report data and documentation into a regulated Securitisation Repository. SecRep B.V. receives this data and documentation from securitisation issuers and makes it available to Data Receivers, as defined in the Regulation.
