Subsequently, the company developed its own trademark for this consultancy division. We are proud to announce that SECRTEER is now a registered trademark, specializing in professional consultancy in areas such as Corporate Governance, Board Secretarial Services, Board Evaluation, and customized training programs, alongside various financial services.
The company is led by Saud Al Mazroui, who holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance and is a Chartered Governance Professional as well as a Chartered Secretary.
