NEVERalone™ powered by Security Solutions is Australia’s most advanced personal emergency response service and the only service of its kind endorsed and used by the Health Services Union (HSU) and the Wesley Mission. Utilising Security Solutions’ 30+ years of industry knowledge, NEVERalone™ provides a safe and secure working environment for community care and lone workers across all in-home and office worksites. NEVERalone™ upholds Australian legislation to provide a secure working environment for all employees and is actively keeping staff safe across Australia’s leading community organisations including; Specialist Homelessness Services, Brighter Futures, Community Centres, Disability Services, Parents Next, Family Preservation, Home for Heroes, Youth Hope Programs and Domestic Violence Services. NEVERalone™ is a service also used by persons with a cognitive/developmental disability and persons with a mobility or physical disability to provide safety inside and outside of their home. Funding can form part of the user’s Home Care / NDIS package.
