Securiscape is a young and upcoming company which has operated in the anti-terror and anti-ram solutions market for a number of years, working alongside the Government to develop a range of innovative UK-designed and manufactured products capable of saving lives and protecting property. Our barrier planters, steel security bollards, security street furniture and unique manual rise and fall blockout kerbs have all been tested to the rigorous PAS 68: 2010 specification, meaning that they are capable of stopping and disabling vehicles used for hostile attacks – right up to trucks weighing up to 7.5 tonnes and travelling at 40mph. Elsewhere, we have developed and tested a bomb-proof anti-blast litter bin – which has been given a maximum 10 Star rating by the Home Office – and, for the domestic market, our Personal Space Protection solution, which can turn a space such as a walk-in wardrobe into a fully-fitted 100% secure panic room for householders and their families in the event of a break-in. Of course, the nature of the threat to our security and livelihoods is ever-changing, so our R&D team’s work continues in response, and more Securiscape products designed to save lives without compromising the attractiveness of the UK’s street-scene are already in the pipeline.
