It started operations in 1955 as the agent of Union des Assurance de Paris (UAP), which was one of the largest insurer in Europe. In the 90s and following the merger of UAP with AXA, shareholders decided to create a local insurance company, and this is how Securite Assurance came to life.
Securite Assurance holds a robust financial standing backed by one of the highest capital and strongest solvency in the market, and its balance sheet is backed by A-rated reinsurers.
The company is one of the largest insurance companies in Lebanon as it issues more than 400,000 policies per year and insures assets worth more than a Billion USD. We operate throughout Lebanon via our 10+ branches and serve clients through our team of 350+ insurance specialists.
We have also been present in the Middle East and Africa regions for decades via our sister companies ISA Solutions, a reinsurance broker, and ISA Assist, a travel insurance and assistance company. Both our sister companies are entrusted by more than 70 insurance companies and thousands of sales agents and corporates accounts.
