Security Industry EDI Forum

We champion equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI) and belonging in the private security industry, ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered while protecting our communities and attracting and retaining the best talent. We envision a diverse, inclusive security industry that reflects who we protect, fostering trust, respect, and excellence. We are working towards an EDI recognised standard that is universally adapted and aligned with other industry goals designed to improve the private security industry. Led by the International Professional Security Association (IPSA), the forum is a cross-industry group with all the main membership bodies working together collaboratively. Members comprise of senior leaders who both have influence and capacity to lead change and make a positive contribution to equity within the private security industry. Forum members include senior professionals from both large employers and SMEs plus key trade bodies, associations, and other partners.
