In addition to our board-level Ethics and Compliance Committee, we have also established an Ethics and Business Integrity Office, a corporate-level function to coordinate the firm’s ethics and compliance program. With board-level oversight by the Audit Committee, our ethics program governance bodies promote our values, protect the firm, and ensure that employees who have concerns can effectively report them. We hold all of our employees accountable for ethical behavior established by a common code of business ethics and compliance known as our Green Book.
