About SEDAI GROUP Sedai Group Co., founded by Mr. Jou Yi-Cheng in 2007, was formerly known in Chinese as Sedai Culture Creative with its English name as Sedai Group Co. In 2024, the company was restructured and retained its English name. Sedai Group Co. operates as a sōgō shōsha (総合商社, general trading company in Japanese) with a wide range of business activities, including international trade, business development, investment management, startup support, and industry research. As the parent company of the SEDAI GROUP—previously known as the Sedai Culture Creative Group and still referred to as SEDAI GROUP—the company holds a majority stake in its core subsidiaries: Sedai Zone Co., Sedai Ceramics Co., Sedai Theater Co., and Sedai Radici Co. Additionally, Sedai Group Co. invests in external startups spanning fields such as cultural creativity and technological innovation.
