Mission: To empower the Southeast Dallas community in Enterprise, Education and Economic Development. Vision: To serve as a resource for the success of our businesses, shaping a sustainable community for future generations in southeast Dallas. Goals: Enterprise • Provide small business owners, members and partners with resources in business management, procurement and operations. Education and Community Outreach • Support college opportunities for Pleasant Grove area students and promote community involvement in the arts, culture and Hispanic heritage. Economic Development • Develop innovative programs that retain and attract businesses to increase the prosperity of our diverse community.
