Seed to Surf is a plant-based seafood company that uses whole vegetables to recreate the seafood experience. But our take on plant-based seafood isn’t in a replica, it’s an homage. We’re reinterpreting the seafood experience in a style of our own. No only are vegetables culinary magic, they also happen to be the world’s most sustainable option. We’re tapping into the marvels of whole vegetables to recreate top-tier seafood dishes in a way that's sustainable, creative, and conscientious. Seed to Surf launched out of Toronto, Canada in 2022, bringing two incredible and unique products to the market: our Snow Crab, made from enoki mushrooms, and our Smoked Whitefish, made from celeriac root.
