No only are vegetables culinary magic, they also happen to be the world’s most sustainable option. We’re tapping into the marvels of whole vegetables to recreate top-tier seafood dishes in a way that's sustainable, creative, and conscientious.
Seed to Surf launched out of Toronto, Canada in 2022, bringing two incredible and unique products to the market: our Snow Crab, made from enoki mushrooms, and our Smoked Whitefish, made from celeriac root.
