Since May of 2021, SeeingHappy was created to make the world happier by encouraging others to be mindful of the good, to focus on it (literally), share one photo at a time, and create a communal work of art. Thousands of photographs later from around the world, we continue to believe that noticing little things in life and paying attention to them can kickstart a spiral of optimism that builds everyday happiness, resilience, and hope.

We believe that a small change in focus to the positive can help build personal resilience and hope, and kickstart a spiral of optimism that enables us to deal with life just a little bit better.
