Seelbach Design was formed when a computer and software was purchased to serve family members and close friends with simple drawings and such. Today we have completed numerous, various sized projects. We primarily handle municipal and private sector contract/subcontract drafting, including topographical surveying in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our work is primarily composed of topographical field work with numerous GPS and total station setups, data reduction, construction staking, aerial drone topographic surveying and mapping, and production of orthorectified aerials and point clouds from aerial data. We do not over-schedule and overlap projects similar to that of multiple firms in the area. In this economy, it is simply too expensive to have your contractors needing staking, and having them wait for field crews to complete your project. Ask any of our previous clients, if we said it would be done by Monday, we were in the field at 1 a.m Friday night wearing head lamps and using chem-lights to get it done. If we can't get it done when you need it, or in a respectable time frame, we will tell you. We don't make promises and then not deliver.
