Our mission is to support the most essential and critical component of any law enforcement agency: The Field Training Program. At SEFTOA we believe that field training officers are the gateway to the noble profession of law enforcement and therefore providing relevant, current, and cutting-edge training is essential to advance law enforcement. Law enforcement field training is unique and like no other profession. The challenges faced by our officers are complex and ever-changing. Therefore, we encourage challenging our current programs and sharing thoughts and ideas across agencies. We aim to provide content to support field training officers and coordinators. Whether you are building a new program, revamping a current program, or looking for ways to improve your current program SEFTOA has the resources and information you need to make informed decisions.
