Sega Land Development Sdn Bhd was founded in the year of 2016, positioning to be a boutique and unique real estate developer across Klang Valley. With the directors of the firm being well-versed in the field of land-banking, construction technology, property valuation, real estate agency and property (strata) management, Sega Land Development Sdn Bhd envisions to become a reliable property developer that produces housing that you can call a home. The first project from the property developer is known as Residensi Sinaran, comprising of 62 units of stratified three-storey townhouse measuring a built-up area of 22' X 78'. The project consists of a few bank panels for end-financing and is bound to receive Certificate of Completion & Compliance ("CCC") within the first quarter of 2024. The location of the project is in Taman Sri Muda, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Sega Land Development Sdn Bhd is also a member of Real Estate Housing Developers' Association ("REHDA") within the Selangor and Youth branches.
