SOMATIC EXPERIENCING® is a method that helps to regain balance physically, emotionally and mentally, starting with the body and the nervous system, so that we can recognize and complete successfully and appropriately our natural, instinctive responses. SOMATIC EXPERIENCING® (SE ™) was invented by Peter A. Levine, Ph.D. The segreece offers Vocational Training Program for SE ™ is a three-year part-time program consisting of two, six days of training each year. Each training day consists of teaching sessions, question and answer exchanges, example presentations, small group assignments and hands-on sessions.
