Seismic Capital was founded in 2019 by Adrian Mediratta with a focus on forward thinking solutions to the funding of real estate investments at its core. As a founding partner of the lender Urban Exposure, Adrian has over 17 years of extensive experience in the real estate market and has worked with many of the markets leading developers both in the UK and overseas. He has wide-ranging contacts across the industry and as a key senior member of the business development team at Urban Exposure he was instrumental in introducing the £2.5 billion of loans they have had under management in the last 10 years. Adrian has hands on development experience both in the UK and abroad and has set up offices in Istanbul and Prague.
