“SEJEGA” Ltd. Was established in 1994. It was started as a small private operation. The initial introduction into the local market with a limited number of products, such as few food creams and syrups, was successful.
“SEJEGA” started to become known from a ever increasing number of consumers.
In 1995 the company started the salad dressings (Mayonnaise, Vinegar, Lemon Juice), Russian Salad, Fergesa etc. Later on, in parallel with the development of the Fast Food Market, production of Ketch-Up, Mustard, Xaxiq, Spicy Sauces and other products of this kind started in the company.
“SEJEGA” became the first private company and remainded as such until recently, supplying about 70% of the Fast Foods market demand in Albania.
The ever increasing market demand and especially rapid development of supermarkets, gave “SEJEGA” the possibility of rapid expansion, dictating the nedd of investment in new production facilities, especially the fruit & vegetables processing ones, such as the traditional pickles, marinades, jams, composts and mushrooms. Supplying the market demand for these traditional products, the introduction of them completed the year around production structure of the company.
Kompania “SEJEGA” u themelua në vitin 1994. Ajo u krijua si një sipërmarrje modeste private. Ballafaqimi i parë në tregun e brendshëm me pak artikuj siç ishin ato të kremrave ushqimor dhe shurupeve rezultoi me sukses. “Sejega” filloi të njihej gradualisht tek të gjithë.
Në vitin 1995 u ngrit linja e prodhimit të majonezës, sallatës ruse, fërgesës, uthullës, lëngut të limonit. Më vonë me shtrirjen gjerësisht të ushqimeve të gatshme e të shpejta siç ishin Fast-Foodet u ngrit dhe linja e prodhimit të keth up, mustardës, xaxiqit si dhe sallatrave të tjera. “Sejega”plotëson rreth 70% të nevojave të rrjetit Fast Food dhe markete në Shqipëri.
