We require all nannies and babysitters to go through a screening process including an interview with the agency, reference checks, background checks, and verification of CPR and First Aid certification. We do also require that all babysitters at minimum have 3 years of experience, childcare references, and reliable transportation. Nanny requirements are more stringent and are based on the specific needs and budget of the family.
